One Last Chance

to not get beat by the single speeder!
I've signed up for both the 2/3's
and the Elites at Natz Scmatz Winter 'Cross.
They say they need 50 entries or it'll get cancelled, there are 14 people preregistered right now and I'm two of them. This means that if they combine the two fields I will be lining up behind myself. During the race me and myself will have exchanges like "Dude, I'd pull through but I'm on a single speed" and "Dude, I can't go any faster...I'm on a single speed". Please don't let this happen, register now, it will shorten the span of time where you sit around going "Is it 'Cross season yet? Is it 'Cross season yet? Is it 'Cross season yet?".

Stupid, whiny Stedman report is in the works, check back later.

I'm registered. People who whine about how short cross season is and then don't race in December are teh lamest.

My stupid whiny weekend race report is more stupider and whiny-er than yours.

I'm not sure if my hips can handle another CX race by Saturday. I will reg on Friday if they are feelling ok.

I hurt real bad today...

Just you wait Parsons...revenge will be mine.

That isn't to say I'm racing at Natz Schmatz. My bike and its detached crankset are not going to be touched for weeks/months.

dude, the snow has crushed winter cross.

do you know of anywhere that an mtb ride could go down in Mass this weekend? Maybe Otis? Or is it firm enough to ride on top?? Because I still want to ride... just not in 10 inches of snow.

As things stand right now, riding offroad is nigh impossible. I'll just be out on the fixed gear, commuting to work for the next few weeks I'm afraid.
